What if customer sends text to my business SMS number or calls to that number?

We understand how important it is for any business to hear back from their customers. Customers may send text message to the SMS number assigned to your business or they may even call. Often such a conversation ends up in increased business from that customer.

 

If your customer sends text to your assigned SMS number, Colligso notifies you via email to your business email address. Such an email contains the text message sent by your customer.

 

If your customer calls your assigned SMS number, Colligso captures the customer's voicemail and notifies you via email to your business email address. Such an email contains a link to the voicemail left by your customer.
