Notify customers with a Pass update in Apple Wallet/ Google Wallet 🎞️

Once customers have downloaded your passes, you can notify them with a remote pass update using the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet campaigns. This update will be made on all the passes that are downloaded.

Create Pass Update Campaign

Following steps describe how to create an update pass campaign.

1. Create Apple Wallet/Google Wallet campaign
2. Use the same Pass Template that was used for the first pass download campaign
3. Write your message
4. Upload an image
5. Configure campaign validity period with Start and End date if applicable, else leave these blank
6. Provide terms and conditions if applicable
7. Provide how to use instructions if applicable
8. Save and Activate
