How can I cancel my account?

We are very sad to know that you have decided to part ways. However, we understand that you have other options. Please follow instructions below to cancel your account on Colligso.

Partner Platforms

If you installed our app from Clover, Poynt or Shopify app markets, please uninstall the app there since that will also cancel respective subscriptions on those platforms.

• Clover - Uninstall App
• GoDaddy Poynt - Apps Pricing and Billing
• Shopify - Installing Apps

Direct or Square

If you had installed our app from Square app marketplace or signed up from our website directly, you can cancel (or terminate) the service from your Colligso account. Here are the steps:

• Login to your account from https://www.colligso.com. 
• Click Menu->Business->Settings
• Click Deactivate. Please provide a reason for deactivation. We value feedback! It helps us make our product better.
