For customers based in USA and Canada, Colligso provisions a number to send and receive SMS messages from your account. This number is either 10 digit local number (10DLC) or a Toll-Free number.
To find this number, follow the steps described below.
Ask customers to send keyword to this SMS number in order to opt-in for text messaging from your business. You can provide this instruction in emails, on payment receipts, with signs on-premise, on your website, on social media pages and verbally.
