Why is there a lock icon 🔒 next to campaigns I want to use?

Colligso's campaign module shows lock icon 🔒 next to the campaign in the following cases.

• You do not have required subscription. For example, your subscription plan covers text (SMS) message-based customer engagement, however, you are trying to create email campaign or wallet pass campaign.
• You do not have payment method configured. If you installed our app from colligso.com, Square or Vend, payment method is required. If you do not have payment method configured or it has expired, you would not be able to create and/ or activate any campaigns. Configure payment method by following instructions on Set Payment Method.
