Enable local reviews for your business 🎞️

Colligso has partnered with LocalReviews^TM for Reviews. Customers trust local reviews.Virtually everyone uses reviews and ratings to make purchase decisions. LocalReviews^TM provides a platform that is well-integrated with Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor and other popular reviews platforms  that help drive local business success.

Follow the instructions described in this article to enable Reviews for your business both on your Colligso account and LocalReviews account.

Setup on Colligso

Reviews is not enabled by default, follow the instructions described below to enable Reviews on your account. Add-on charges apply. Check your subscription plan details to find the add-on charges for Reviews. 

1. Login to your account from https://www.colligso.com
2. Deactivate Site/ Location using following steps:
   1. Select Menu->Business->Sites
   2. Select the site you want to enable Reviews for
   3. Deactivate the site (do not deactivate Campaigns, Segments and Devices)
3. Now click Edit (if not visible, refresh the page)
4. Scroll down to the Reviews section
5. Check the Enable Reviews checkbox
6. Click Save
7. Activate the Site (since we did not deactivate Campaigns, Segments and Devices earlier, no need to activate these with the site).

Setup on LocalReviews

1. Look for welcome email from Colligso Reviews in your inbox (email address on Site settings)
2. Set password for your LocalReviews account and login
3. Connect your business sites on Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc. with LocalReviews

Use Reviews Link

Add Reviews link to the Opt-in Response Message and/ or Order Notification Message as applicable and ask customers to provide 5-star reviews. When you run a text campaign, add the Reviews Link to your message and ask for review. Where is your Reviews Link?

1. Select Menu->Business->Sites
2. Select the site you want to enable Reviews for
3. Scroll down to Reviews section and find your Reviews Link
