Integrate Oracle GloriaFood with Colligso TextIn

This article describes how to integrate Oracle GloriaFood with Colligso in order to generate text notifications for order fulfillment.

It is easy to page or notify a customer via text (SMS) message notification when order is fulfilled. Use Oracle GloriaFood's free online ordering solution integrated with Colligso TextIn in the cloud to achieve this. With this approach, not only you would be able to notify customers of orders but you would also build digital customer relationship along the way.

Pre-requisites

Sign up for TextIn.

Identify Site ID on Colligso (one time)

1. Log in to your account from https://www.colligso.com. Requires subscription for Colligso TextIn.
2. As orders are fulfilled by you, your customer would receive notification by SMS provided they have given their mobile number. Enable Order Notification on Colligso.
3. Select Menu -> Business -> Sites -> Select your site and then switch to Advanced as shown in this screenshot. Copy the value of Site ID.

Configure Integration on GloriaFood  (one time)

Now, set up integration for your restaurant on Oracle GloriaFood Ordering System as shown in this screenshot.

1. Use https://engage.colligso.com/globalfood as Endpoint URL.
2. Use your Site ID as Restaurant Token. 
3. Save and Enable the integration.
